The reason for rejection received by Niantic is difficult to understand

This is in South Korea, so reviewers there have to use a different map while reviewing, since Google Maps isn’t available there. I would have included the other map link instead of the forum link in your appeal; I don’t know if the appeals teams uses more than just Google Maps or OSM, even in areas where those aren’t available.

Also, I remember that there could be improvements to this nomination, which I provided. I did recommend to resubmit not appeal because of the improvements that could be made. @cyndiepooh, if interested, here’s the original post.

Is there any possibility of approval after appeal?

The fountain I’d try resubmitting. I find that to be unique, even if there are other similar ones in the area. The description just needs to be improved, like I previously noted. With the art piece of the man, that might be harder to get approved. It looks like it could be a sticker or decal, not a permanent piece of art. This again is where adding more details to the description may help. Just curious, what titles were used?
