I thought this was a good idea for a waypoint, as i looked for her history and she was known by all people of my town back then and she even had a shop.

I have Nominated 3 of these in my Town, 1 Got accepted by the Community and 2 Declined but after appeal both have been accepted
and you have given way more information than I had for my Nomination, I don’t see any problem with ur Nomination so I say worth a appeal

You would need to explain what exactly she contributed to the community to make her locally famous. The fact that she owned a shop for many years is a start. But did she give back to the town? Did she allow her shop to be used as a gathering spot? Did all the teens work there so they could learn job skills from her?
