We seem to be able to, but only if we do it quietly.
It’s not Scopely’s fault that Niantic Spatial are keeping is in the lurch, but there does appear to be room on this discussion board for the occasional Ingress mention.
Plus, there are active wayfarer(s) who are adding wayspots into Pokemon Go (and potentially other Scopely games) but doing this primarily because they’ve found new portals for Ingress and feel generous, since it’s not /that/ much extra effort to upload twice compared to just once (and it does feel like uploading into a void for Ingress at the moment). This means that Ingress discussions can also help Pokemon Go
