This was accepted, but does not show up in Pokemon Go. Wondering why?
It’s found to have been created in Ingress.
There’s no overlapping pocketstop in 17cell and It is more than 20m away from the other pocketstop
Its in the same cell as 수선화. 타일 벽화

You can’t see it on iitc, because those coordinates are within the 20m circle for another portal:
The ambassadors have authority to use the “Wayfarer App” and can see everything that exists in the Lightship database that way. Another way to see all Wayspots is from the Pokemon Go nomination map screen with the toggle turned on. Any not used will show as !, but you have to be right at the location for it to work. Looks like this:
