  • Additional Information (if any): Property is zone for agriculture and has no access to the monument, if it still exists. You can see in google earth the shadow of stone is over 50 meters from access road with no pedistrian or vehicle access. Someone would have to hop a fence to access the correct location.

If the memorial is there it is accessible by the agricultural workers I’d see this as a grey zone.

I’m not entirely sure why farms are off limits and bundled with Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP).

Many farms are private family property. We have a 25 acres farm, small by many standards, but you’d be chased off immediately if you came on the property to play a game.

And, unfortunately, in the US at least, if you venture into someone’s farm land without their permission you risk being shot.

It has been a long time ago now, but Niantic refused to remove a play structure I reported on a family farm that was open for seasonal festivities, so I contacted the family through Facebook to let them know about it, and they had Niantic remove it.

This makes sense to me.

I was splitting hairs looking at OPs comment of it being “agricultural”. Was wondering if this is different than farm. But I am comfortable with them meaning the same thing.

Being zoned ag doesn’t change it as private property. In the states, it would be trespassing to enter without permission.
