There is no PROW here (public footpath). There is only a small gennel/alley/cut-through/access path. I have checked both rowmaps and OSM. Do you have any evidence to support the existence of this marker?
Streetview all the way from 2009 to 2023 (9 separate google passes) show this PROW marker as not existing (and the ivy never previously covered this brick).
Do you have any evidence that there is a PROW here, beyond your image.
I don’t need to get this wayspot reinstated as I don’t live near to it. I am describing the problems I see and suggesting what you would need to get reinstatement. Niantic have already said this is a fake, so you need solid evidence.
Even if this is a legitimate sign (it’s a very weird placement for it, I’ve never seen my local authority use a brick wall for one of these signs), it appears to be attached to the outward facing part of the property boundary for number 23, which would technically make it ineligible for being on single family private residential property regardless of whether it’s legitimate or not.
You have had a response from Aaron.
Regular U.K. reviewers and forum users are familiar with this location for repeated attempts at fake nominations, especially around footpath signage.
And this seems to be the same entrance but under a different fake marker
