I think the separate set of equipment appears to match the example here:

There will always be gray area. Usually I am on the stricter side. Is odd to be the one on the permissive side in a difference of opinion.

But this is digressing from the point that the sign was moved to an inaccurate location for some reason.

Those are clearly marked with signs and don’t even look like they are in the same physical area.

The one above isn’t separate they’ve just added an item that’s less dangerous.
