Can some help as to why this poi isnt in pokemon go. I did some research and i belive this poi could be placed in it own s2 cell at the middle of this block as it is just slight into a new s2 cell. And still within accurately depection. This is located at west broadway and trutch street. The poi is created under the name Harnam Kaur.
Niantic will not move a wayspot just to make it become a game location. If the current pin is accurate, submitting a location edit for it could be considered abuse.

Hmm got it, what happens if it is accuractely place would it not spawn at this location of the s2 cell? Next to the gym object in the very corner of the new cell.
But for what it is worth, this L17 S2 cell already shows two portals, so I don’t think that tweaking the location would make it show anyway.
Based on where the rock is on street view and the awning is in satellite view, I think they would still be in the same L17 S2 cell

i don’t understand.
i don’t use pogomaps as i have been told it is not very accurate. i use iitc to map portals with a pogo-s2 overlay to show cells. that still missed some wayspots that are not portals, but what it does show is accurate.
