I would understand the wayspots in the hospital itself and even the roads leading to the hospital, but the wayspots on the trail would be deemed safe right? Hope OP gets his answers here.

I don’t think it is about safety. It’s probably more about the property owner.

I have made some adjustments to the restriction at this location. You should see some Wayspots back on the gameboard.
