Recently had a couple of approved nominations at a brand new service station.
Used my usual process of taking images and doing the upload once back home but has map in PoGo has not been updated I had to guestimate exact location.
Looking again now they have been approved I think I was a bit off 
, Should be within the 10 metre limit but enough that I am not happy to leave them.
With post here mentioning getting warnings for location edits wondered if returning and editing my own nominations whilst onsite could get me a warning?
