I’m sorry someone else told me
Well I live in the Orlando area.
Well I submitted a community gateway before and it was accepted and I asked a wayfarer area in a discord server if it can be accepted and they said yes.
They are a grey area, I am not local (UK) but from reading other posts most people believe these to be ineligible unless they can be Accepted on Artistic Merit.
I do like the flow chart idea but you did miss a couple of caveats that I placed in my post and others have mentioned a couple more.
Are you willing to make a V2? otherwise would you mind If I tried, if so what did you use to create it?
I like the simplicity and the use of colour. Maybe a separate parallel set of boxes for time frames?
This seems like it belongs in a different thread. However, the topic has been discussed at length many times. It might help you to read through:

I used Canva. Feel free to take a stab at it. You can also use PowerPoint. It has a decent flow chart maker. You can make sure it looks like you want it to look. I was just taking a stab at it.
I just tried Canva and was struggling. Don’t have Powerpoint. Will take a look but any designers out there want to have a go, please do…
I still have the edit files so please advise of any errors or suggestions.
It’s the 1st time I have done this so be gentle
I am more than happy for others to use it…
Nice and clear.
Also shows just how many steps Wayfarer has that are kind of “underwater”. If you know what I mean
Should there be a disclaimer on the edit period for nomination on “upload later”?
Should “obvious bad nominations” be reworded? I dk what irking me about that wording.
I don’t use “Upload Later” so would definitely need advice with wording etc and where to place it.
It’s trying to get a balance that gives enough detail whilst still walking a new wayfarer through the process for a “standard” nomination.
THIS IS FANTASTIC! Thank you for making this.
basically any time spent on “upload later” counts towards the edit period…. so if its 20 hrs in upload later, you may only get 4 hrs to edit it. If it spends greater than 24 hrs in upload later, you may not get any time to edit it.
The pedant in me wants an arrow from both “Internal Review” boxes to “Results”, and also an arrow from “Additional Delays” to “In Voting”.
To accommodate the grace period with “Upload Later”, one option is to amend the narrative to say that the Grace Period starts from when you click “Upload Now” or “Upload Later”. Alternatively, add another layer in at the top with boxes “Upload Now” and “Upload Later”, with arrows from the latter going both through Grace Period and bypassing it somehow.
You have made great progress on this.
I would take out the term local next to reviewers as I think it gives a false impression about who is likely to review.
The fewer words the better
I would still eliminate the 7 days on the In Queue. This is not a officially verified number and the box next to it can then be deleted.
You definitely can’t get rid both of the In Queue and Other Delays information boxes, as alerting people that wayspots do not immediately go into voting is really important. There are a few threads from people asking “why is it taking so long to go into voting”.
I meant keep the In Queue box. Just make the time “can vary” rather than a 7 day maximum with exceptions.
