To be clear, you mean specifically Wayfarer and not OPR reviewing?
Have you traveled recently to any of those areas?
Wayfarer, havent travelled.
I am also in Germany and depending on where I am I will also get plenty of submissions in French, Luxemburgish, Dutch etc. Especially if the submitters have used an upgrade. You can skip them if you are uncomfortable with reviewing something in a language you don’t speak
For what it’s worth, over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been receiving reviews from all over Canada, not just Ontario & Quebec, which I normally receive.
I’m inclined to think something’s changed, but that’s just anecdotal at this point
Anecdotally, I am noticing the same. My play area has not shifted significantly (Illinois), my bonus area is in another country, and I’m getting a LOT of reviews for way out on the West Coast of the US. Utah, California, etc. more than I would normally attribute to upgrades.
Ok nevermind I just got a submission from Czechia. That is indeed far away
Showcases have also now two french Wayspots out of the 3.
Your showcase is based on your Play areas L6 review cell +8 surrounding ones… unless those are not within then it should be working as expected. And if that’s working as expected, so is your review pool.
Its basicly that the system is just giving out more from these areas. Theres not much beign submitted, from my area, i guess - or the system changed a bit into giving me much more than i previously had.
Is it a good idea? No, i dont speak french, and i dont want to review these. AND I am a pretty open person. Think just what people will do when there are the “usual casual reviewers”. They just close the reviewing window and wont return for 4 years.
