Totally legit university campus portal. Some toxic and abuser players reported and portal gone. Please fixed this portal.
Bringing faction wars into the conversation does not help your appeal.
Google seems to suggest that this location is permanently closed.

This is another problem we have over here unfortunately. It is not permanently closed but wayspots that wanted to be gone are edited on the map.
its on the said campus that i shared on the photo and accessible, and in the second photo official website of the university states that they have that building as their faculty.
When I googled the name of the portal, it took me to a different place than the coordinates you gave. Instead of saying this was a toxic, abusive move by a player, you should be giving evidence that this place exists where you say it does, and is still operating here. Just the sign continuing to exist is not really evidence that the school does.
Good luck with your appeal if the removal was incorrect. I find it extremely difficult to get something removed that should be, so Niantic will have had evidence that the removal was warranted to do it.

Thanks for the appeal, @khalkedon. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.
