I guess the real location of this is somewhere in the historical town core. The infographic mentions town fires from 15th century. At this place was nothing in 15th century.
Possible locations are at the castle (50.537439,12.787206) or the tourist info (50.538273,12.784171), or next to infoboards in a similar style (like at 50.537669,12.784966)

I don’t trust this location fully. It’s right behind the fire fighters department of the town, and very close to railways. I guess the real location of this infoboard and game field might be somewhere nearby, I guess 100m to any western direction.
