The wayspot is only inaccurate placed, but it’s the outdoor area of a daycare/kindergarten. The building of the daycare is even in the wayspots picture. So the wayspot should be removed.
From north eastern direction you can see here how the daycares area is fenced off.

The title claims, that this a memorial stone. That’s a lie, and so this submission was also abuse. This is a gravestone, for Fritz Adler, and Margarethe Adler.
In the earlier post we had an infoboard about Fritz Adler. So most likely this historical gravestone and the infoboard are side by side at the historical graveyard Georgenfriedhof.

Good result. For anyone curious about L17 cells, the new location of Kutsche zum Oberen Tor is in an L17 cell that has 7 active pokestops (if the wayfarer map is to be believed) and several others nearby have 2 active pokestops. All community contributed.
Can the area be also recalculated so that the abuse is fully cleared up?

There are a bunch of left fakes, and also new ones.
So I‘d like to deal with that furst, and them afterwards the recalc can happen once.
(I haven’t checked beyond this point.)
The lack of recalculations is a problem that can be solved without affecting the removal of wayspots.
What is very surprising is that Niantic have moved two of the wayspots from the fake location to the real location and not applied the wayspot recalculation rules (as understood by the community). As a result, the wayspots which were pokestops in empty cells are now pokestops in already-occupied cells.
There used to be a problem with the community submitting wayspots at fake locations, where they became pokestops, then moving them to the correct location, where they remained pokestops. This enabled people to create clusters of pokestops and gyms, sometimes so dense that you couldn’t pick out the individual pokestops from inside Pokemon Go, all because Niantic never thought to re-apply the wayspot recalulation rules in Pokemon Go when a pokestop was moved.
This is believed to have been fixed, so people cannot create pokestop clusters by asking the community to approve a location edit.
It is quite remarkable that people can create pokestop clusters by asking Niantic to approve a location edit, even though this is obviously not what you intended and were not asking for.
I’m not sure that that’s the expected behavior, I asked help chat to move a spot last week which turned it form pokestop into database-only. Maybe we just need to wait for a pogo sync and map sync to pass in order for the pokestops to disappear
