A favorite gathering place for friends or strangers alike, where you can share a drink or meal, be entertained, or watch public life happen. Or something that draws us together to share an experience in a locally and culturally relevant way.
Personally i dont think recyling area fit that criteria
Se encuentra en una plaza o parque bastante grande, es un lugar concurrido.
Big park should have other things eligible like picnic table, playground, mural, exercise equipment, etc

You see rejection reasons on your contributions page Niantic Wayfarer, not the email.
I will make a guess that it will say it was rejected by the “automated process” and you have already had good feedback on why it would be rejected.

tienes razon me rechazo el sistema , anteriormente me rechazaron una pero me dieron los motivos , así lo podía mejorar. Pero esta vez solo fue rechazada .
We dont know how AI exactly works but basically it filter nomination that it think is ineligible.
If you think its wrong, you nd to explain how recycling area fit any of the criteria of exploration, exercise, or socialization.
