So I know Wayspots on Single Family Home Private property is not allowed.
We have a free mini library here in the neighbourhood. Its on the edge of the property. See attached picture.
I know the owner of the house personally and I jokingly said to him that he should have placed the mini library at the side on the fencing so I could make it a Pokéstop. He then said, I give you permission to make it a Pokéstop.
So on one side Wayfarer rules are clear. How would you look at this in your opinion?
Permission from the home owner still does not make it eligible if it is on SFPRP - single family private residential property.
I can’t tell anything about the property lines from this photo. If it is not on SFPRP per your local laws, then you can submit it. The way this is propped on supports, I am not sure that it would be accepted as a permanent installation in any case.
