I’ve got a POI that is not populating the Pokemon Go gameboard correctly. It is in an empty cell, and was accepted years ago by a different player. I tried liking the photo in Ingress to see if that would sync it correctly, but it did not.

Honestly, that just happens sometimes. There’s one in my area like that. We just ignore it and move on. I don’t expect Niantic to give me an answer for every weird one-off wayspot.
Sometimes they don’t get added to all of the games which is a shame

@NianticAaron could you look at this please to see if there is an issue?
This might be better brought up in a PoGo specific support forum. If is seen in Ingress, that suggests it is legit in the lightship database, and not much that the Niantic folks here can do except maybe file a ticket internally against that team.
I have pushed a fix. That should remove any blockers on this Wayspot.

This really was a wayfarer problem (either data or software)? Or did you push a fix on the PoGo side of things?
