There was discussion going on in a thread about a QR-code crossword puzzle game.
One of the Ambassadors seemed to be trolling the other explorers, and accusing them of trolling, ineptitude, poor reading-comprehension, bad sportsmanship, etc.
Another ambassador has slowed-down, split, and moderated the original thread. However, there appears to be a broken link barring access to the split discussion.
I am notified that there is ongoing discussion in one of these threads, but I see only old messages.
Where is the new thread? Who has access to it? Am I locked out because I disagreed with the trolling comments?
Thanks for your concern. Please abide by forum rules and don’t make accusations of others. If you have a problem with any comments made please use the flag option that was available when made to report such comments. There are no new comments as of now in the thread.
The split thread is unlisted and is only available to staff at this moment.
I own my comments. I use words to indicate my opinions and understanding, and try not to call people out by name.
I don’t understand why the forum indicates there is on-going chatter that I cannot see.
What’s up with the broken link.
Why was it appropriate for you to reply that an explorer was trolling in the QR-code thread, but not for me to say that an Ambassador seemed to be trolling in that thread?
While I agree the tone of the discussion was not great, I do think there were Somme valid discussion points. But as I was also getting frustrated it is probably best to come up with a calmer way to discuss in the future.
I agree that there were some interesting points being raised, but judged that some reflection time on that specific topic would hopefully result in a better conversation on another day.
I always try to think of the stranger who enters the room and wonders what is going on
Ah, seems like some may have taken your comment in the wrong direction than what was actually asked. I saw the topic and thought that they could be similar to other trail markers with QR codes that give more info, be it history or nature related, or even a story walk. I thought that it would be a pretty easy answer for most here just from the title.
