There’s a local shop in my area that just opened up. Seems like the building use to be a church, but is no longer here. If i want to get a pokestop using a mural from the new shop, do i first get the stop deleted, and then submit it. Or can i get the existing stop edited and modified to have the new info?

They are very different
First report the wayspot as no longer in existence.
It should get removed
Then create the new nomination which will hopefully create a new wayspot, that us accepted into Pokémon go
