I see a few active Power Spots in your active play area. “FINVASIA”, “LynHill Softwares (OPC) Private Limited”, “Vismaad Mediatech Private Limited”, “WHMCS Global Services | WHMCS Development Company USA, UK, India”, “Web Monde”, “Digi Rush Solutions” to name a few.
Thanks for replying but all of these are at least 5kms+ away lol. It’s an IT office area and I checked and yes it’s indeed populated with a lot of spots.
Also I do wonder how many of these private offices would like random crowd for Pokemon in front of them but anyway very minor point lol.
Anyway since I was looking I also I just checked my whole city and to be fair to Niantic resurgence has happened but in approx. 80% of city. I am not checking how many of these are eligible or not lol.
That said I cannot figure out any pattern for left out spots/neighborhood. I can only speculate and I hope I am wrong but it seems like wayfaring(the thing Niantic wants you to do lol) coupled with this update in 2023 is to blame. I am thinking I already had 50+ Pokestop in my view maybe if they were like only 30 I would have a lot of wayspotsleft for the double dip that has happened ((some wayspots → Powerstop)*2 → Pokestop).
Edit: I’ll add more context I just looked more closely where can I possibly and realistically go regularly w/o vehicle and ignoring safety on road(this is not a slight at Niantic everyone in India does this). The best option I have is 2 Powerspots(~1 km) and then it’s minimum 2km-3km(so x2 journey from home to spots.) for 2 different places with (2+1)/(2+1) spots respectively.
Previously I went around and could comfortably hit 6/9 spots(7 if I am feeling spicy lol) in 3.5 km round.
Also apologies for so many brackets and possibly cryptic writing. 
These dont need to meet wayfarer criteria as imports, and they dont meet removal criteria so they are not “invalid”.
You have multiple pokestops in lvl 17 cells?
There are pictures higher up in this thread that appear to show multiple POI in L17 cells, along with people saying this has happened.

I think the pokestop I marked with the arrow is in the 3rd rectangle on your map. If that’s correct, then the pokestop and the gym are in separate Level 17 cells.
The Pokestop (light circle) should be in either the 1st or 2nd Level 17 cell, while the Gym (dark circle) is definitely in the 4th Level 17 cell I marked.
As far as I know, in Pokemon GO, no more than one Wayspot (either a Pokestop or a Gym) appears in the same Level 17 cell.
I believe this because of an area about 30–40 minutes from my village. That place had no Wayspots before, but when Power Spots were first added, a train station and a nearby bus stop both appeared as Power Spots. Yesterday, I checked again, and now the train station is a Gym and the bus stop is a Pokestop.
Still, I could be wrong since my area doesn’t have many Wayspots, so my conclusion is based on limited examples, unlike high density areas. But this is what I’ve observed so far.
Hi, will other countries have this role out? I live in Bahrain, and we have so many accepted nominations but almost none show up in pokemon go. I’m sure there are many others in other countries who share the same problem.
That’s a different thing to these rural places in India and Indonesia, where they had imported Power Spots, but zero PokéStops.
You’re nominating for Niantic/Scopely’s database and not just Pokémon GO, so your accepted nominations may get used by other games if they don’t meet Pokémon GO’s inclusion rules.
No, thats not the correct gym + pokestops. You picked a wrong one. Thats not even a gym. Thats a pokestop and a (former) power spots. Also, those are in the same level 17 s2 cells, your picture shows it. If what you mean as a gym is the dot near mahati hospital, that means your map is outdated. That gym has been decomissioned (gone, disappeared) about two months ago. There is nothing there now. I think thats the problem, your map is outdated. It doesnt even show the cluster of pokestops i gave the coordinates for.

In fact, your picture shows the three leftmost in the cluster are in the same s17 cells…
Before we had this spot with 4 power spot can easely accessed every monday max ( since new purging most of it become pokestop and this place already run off object to submit)
*other new powespot doesnt eligible enough to be used for event some are in busy section of road, some are in random houses
My local been trying to submit powerspot in small park that now have 4 gym (we usually held raid day here)
The blue x are spot we try to submit
I hope they will approve this since our local area doesnt have safe plafe for max battle raid event

In this area we dont have much powerspots or gyms or Pokestop please add it, its a very rural area, even the government doesn’t look into that area, we don’t have any big things or good things that are eligible for being a wayspots
