While I am unfamiliar if a boarding schools are schools for minors, the school rejection applies also for mosques inside the K12 schools. Remember the first sentence in the rejection criteria page stating that an eligible POI may entirely be rejected if it falls within a rejection criteria.

Basing off what is already a wayspot is not a good benchmark. Removals and incorrect decisions also occur in this imperfect review process. The local opinion may also contradict with some clearly stated guidelines, hence another source of error.
