Every time my spots got accepted its not showing up in Pokémon go why ?
And also it is 2 pokestops in the same cell and one of them is not upgraded to a gym. Why not?

On the gym question, are you sure you are checking the entire L14? Gyms are promoted at 2, 6, and 20 total pokestops and gyms in the L14.
If you can pass the longitude / latitude (shown in the email you receive when you 1st submit we will be able to show / explain better…

I don’t see a Wayspot at those coordinates. What is the title?
But anyway, there are a lot of Wayspots in this L14. It may have the three gyms already.
This tool doesn’t let me see the whole L14 at once, but there are definitely more than 2.

I think you might be confusing the 2 types of cells in play in Pokemon Go…
The following is a L17 cell, this is where only 1 wayspot will become either a Pokestop or Gym…
Also Note: The play park should have been nominated as 1 wayspot not as individual equipment so several of these should have been rejected as Duplicates…

As @cyndiepooh stated we do not have the tools to show all the waypoints in a L14 cell. These consist of 64 L17 Cells (8x8) and it is these that determine how many turn in to Gyms.
2 x Occupied L17 Cells = 1 Gym
6 x Occupied L17 Cells = 2 Gyms
20 x Occupied L17 Cells = 3 Gyms
With a manual count you should have 2 gyms in the area in the L14 cell shown above.
I know these are not the answers you wished for but hope they let you better understand the Wayfarer system…

What is that tool you using to see this ?
Its using the map from Wayfarers Submit page but with user generated plug ins.
We are unable to link to the tools are the Discord server where they are discussed but you should be able to find it if you google “Wayfarer Discussion Discussion”.
Disclaimer: Never use knowledge of the cells to mis-place nominations, this can lead to warnings or suspensions on both Wayfarer and you Game accounts.
It can be used to see whether you nomination may be used as a Pokestop/Gym or even a Powerspot.
It can also be used on larger nominations with multiple correct locations. Example: Sports Field. Recommendation is behind the Goals but you can decide which. Note: Once accepted at a “correct” location you are unable to do a location edit even to a equally “correct” location.
