I have a community that is part of the Club Campfire Latam program, which is why we’ve been granted gyms and PokéStops, but no Power Spots. In the park where we gather to play, we only have one permanent Power Spot and two others that appear and disappear. During Max Raid events, we struggle due to the limited number of Power Spots, and there are no others nearby. I’ve already submitted many approved nominations as potential PokéStops/gyms/Power Spots, but we still haven’t managed to get another one. Is there anything else we can do to improve this? Our community is growing, and having more Power Spots would really help us.

so far there have been only a few confrimed syncs of new powerspots, so you probably just need to be patient.
Keep in mind it is a Pokemon GO Game descision; Wayafrer doesn’t decide what the accepted Wayspots become in the games, so the staff here can not help you

Because Power Spots can be quite close to existing Pokestops and the usual proximity rules don’t apply, it might be worth looking at making nominations close to existing stops which wouldn’t normally appear in-game. So, if you have a cluster of points of interest but only one wayspot, it might be worth adding the other potential wayspots anyway.
But not too close. There’s nothing official, but I think the wayspot needs to be 20m+ from the nearest existing wayspot to be viable as a powerspot (whenever the next sync is).

You need to learn how s2 cell works. By submitting multiple wayspot within same cell, it might become powerspot. But please note, that based on observation, the powerspot only appear if it have around 22m distance from nearest wayspot.
Just warning. Missplacement of wayspot submission is subject to abuse ladder syatem.
