Heres an example i found i used before, this pin was used via the same extracted coordinates. (the magnifying glass, not the existing pokestop)
One of my favorite examples of stops right beside one another is something that’s possible because the main street in my area runs southeast/northwest, and the cell lines are mostly rectangular north-east-south-west:
The historic building, the Dotombori restaurant and another POI are in those three cells right lined up perfectly.
I use lat/long to find a location on PoGomap for a Wayspot that I’ve gotten added to the map. When I search for the lat/long, it’s off in the placement almost every time. The search isn’t the best when locating the area based on lat/long, unlike Intel which is very accurate.
Oh, and I’m taking the lat/long from the nomination email, not where I think I placed it.
I’ll just say use PoGoMaps with some caution. Really all I use it for it adding stops/gyms that I have gotten into the game to the map, since I know the exact location and can input that in when adding.
