this wayspot was ingame for about 1-2 weeks and is now removed. How can that be?

Anything on Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP) is ineligible, even outward facing on the border wall like that:
My guess from that photo is that this is in that type of location. If someone saw this had been incorrectly accepted and reported it, Niantic would have removed it.

Welcome to the forums 
If it is on the exterior wall of single-family private residential property (SFPRP), it is not eligible, even though reviewers accepted it. Someone might have reported it and this would cause it to be removed by Niantic as user-submitted wayspots cannot be on SFPRP - including the external boundary.

Thank you both. I thought only the front garden of homes was not acceptable. This is the back wall of a garage. Thank you

It’s easy to make that mistake, so no harm done. It can feel quite strict with things on external walls right against the pavement not being eligible for user-submitted wayspots, but that’s the system we work within.
