I have tried everything, I have made detailed descriptions of the spots, changed the photos to be more appealing. One is a church and the other is a physical therapy clinic that are tucked away away from some of the other pokestops in the area. It is getting kinda frustrating, as there are literally pokestops of garbage cans and tree, but a church of all things doesn’t get approved.
Can you share some of your nominations? Folks here are great at sharing advice to help improve nominations.
Title, Description, Supporting Text, Location, Photos all help when you want assistance
Can this topic be moved to Nomination support by the mods, Thanks. I will check back to see if I can help when the screenshots are shared.
Hello and welcome @EyyItsYaBoyD
Navigating the forum can be a bit tricky, so I have moved your conversation to Nomination Support as others have suggested.
The Church wayspot sounds like a good start. Maybe you could share what your nomination looks like (title, description, photos, and supporting info). We may be able to give you some feedback on something you missed.
I’m less certain that the Physical Therapy place fits in with the criteria (a great place to explore, be social with others, or exercise), but we can talk about that one too.
As far as trees and trash cans those should never have bee accepted but sometimes sneak through. You can report them for removal when you come across them.
So this is for the PT clinic

Supplemental Information:
Peak Performance offers a positive clinical environment to the Richlands community, and with a handful of pokestops already in the area it would allow for new route creations.
Thank you all for the fast replies!!
The reason for the rejection was

This is for the church

Victory Church is a non denominational church in the heart of downtown Richlands, NC. Their focus is to spread their biblical concept of family more accurately embodies God’s design for the function of the church and creating an authentic relationship with one-another with the community.
Supplemental Information:
This place of worship is a very sociable place and is welcoming to all who show up for services. It is safe to access and would be a nice add on to anyone routes.
I would say I understand the rejection for the PT clinic, but like I said they have accepted some dumb stuff in my area. Plus I feel like every church gets accepted so I don’t get that one haha.
That description comes across as having been copy-pasted from their website. I’m not saying it has been, but it reads like that. That is a turn-off for reviewers.
In the supporting text, you need to support this wayspot submission, not its inclusion in Pokemon Go. I find “please can I have a pokestop” narratives off-putting and suspect others do as well.
This might actually be valid, but gyms and fitness centres tend to get rejected by reviewers and accepted on appeal, so this would probably be the same. This particular submission has a few problems as above.
What was the rejection and can you share the location?
The reason for the rejection was

Richlands, NC.
I guess I’ll change the wording more, I have a hard time adding supportive text because I feel like what other point is it to have more pokestops than more pokestops haha, so any suggestions with wording would be helpful!!!
Again thank y’all!
One thing I’m noticing about your pictures is that you seem to stand off to the side to take them. This can be OK in some cases, especially if you’re trying to avoid your reflection being visible, but I do notice that for the church, you could probably get a better photo of the building looking straight at it without reflections being a worry, as there’s a decent chunk of wall between the two glass doors. So that might be something to bear in mind to improve your photo for this submission.
You should use the supporting information to “sell” your nomination.
Why is it a great place for exploration/exercise/being social
The church should be an easy acceptance, was it rejected the the “community” or “our team”. If it’s the latter then it’s the AI.
The photo for the church does look like it’s a bit of an angle, but I do wonder if the AI thinks that it is an office building. Taking a photo concentrating on the sign might get different results if it’s the AI.
Try and avoid referencing pokemon go in the supporting text. You haven’t failed by talking about it in the description (some people do do this!) but it is an extra negative for any uncertain reviewers.
The supporting text /is/ sometimes tricky. For trail markers (!), I put everything important in the description and don’t find a lot left for the supporting text, so talk about accessibility and how to confirm it exists, which is fairly close to what you did.
At a guess, the church rejection could be because the description itself reads a little like a promotion for the church (similar to the PT clinic).
I agree with @hankwolfman about the pictures - the more straight-on the better, just avoiding reflections.
That shouldn’t be enough to get the church rejected though. Is it new and not on streetview? If so, you need to provide proof it does exist at that location.
Bear in mind the rejection reason isn’t always why people rejected a wayspot submission. Sometimes it’s the main reason and other reviewers rejected differently, sometimes it’s just what people selected once they decided they didn’t like a submission.
I will try that!
