Someone already put the place on the map with the wrong name. I’m trying to make it right as I live in the temple but my appeal gets rejected.

When a wayspot exists with incorrect information, the right thing to do is submit an edit request. Submitting another wayspot will simply result in a rejection for being a duplicate, which is the correct rejection.
To submit an edit request, click on the pokestop/gym in Pokemon Go, go to the three dots and you will be able to edit the title and description.

Thank salixsorbus for your attention and guidance but the issue is this temple hasn’t became a pokestop yet. I saw the place name in the wayfarer map when I saw the photo it showed wrong name as a person who live in the temple and someone has nominated it with the wrong name is a bit disheartening to me.
If the Wayspot is not in Pokemon Go, you can use Help Chat or a form to request the edit.
To access Help Chat, go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help and a text box will pop up where you can give the information. The answer will come from a human and will be in that text box, not in an email.
Sometimes they redirect me to use the form listed above under “Wayspot Removals” which can also be used for modifications. That does generate an email chain.
I am curious about this Wayspot and would love to see it on the map if you would not mind providing the location. But since you said that you live there, you probably should not do that.
