Need help with nomination rejection

Tried to add this cool decorative birdhouse as a pokestop, but was rejected twice (one appeal rejected). In appeal comment in the first rejection I was told to resubmit with something proving the object exists, so I shot a photo with an address present since I can’t think of anything else (the street view doesn’t work in my area and I can’t add anything to google map because I’m in Zaporizhzhia so google maps updates/comments were turned off since the war started)
I also don’t really understand “automated rejection” on the third pic: the place is safe because it’s a nice pavement (and two pokestops around it), it’s not near any schools, and it is something distinct, especially in a suburban area like this
Any help with how I can make this nomination go through? I really want to send the birdhouse as a postcard

Welcome to the forums

Can you please provide the location coordinates at which you submitted this birdhouse, as it will make it easier to look at the area. You will find them in the submission receipt email below the two photos and they look something like 120.43442, 24.23273

Thanks for the welcome <3
Sure, (47.831285, 35.217286) for the first one and (47.831506, 35.217055) for the second one

I think I understand why this is getting rejected for location.

It is something that someone might add to get a home pokestop, so reviewers want to be able to confirm that it exists there and is not on (single family residential) private property.

The complete and total lack of streetview or any way to confirm the location is what is stopping reviewers, including Niantic, from confirming the location and accessibility.

I think it is going to be hard to get this accepted by reviewers, so the appeal route is the only one available. In order to get a successful appeal, you must have evidence that it exists there and is not on SFPRP.

Can you provide images to show this, as I don’t want advise appealing unless everything is OK

Well. yeah. I made the photos in attached pictures in the opening post, I previously thought it would be enough. Do you think I should do smth like a panorama shot of the street for a wider view for the next attempt?

Ah, apologies, so you did.

I don’t think it is worth continuing with this. Even if you can provide sufficient evidence that it is where it is (and please note your two locations are a fair distance apart, which doesn’t help), this looks like a garden ornament on a tree that is part of private property.

The rule about SFPRP includes the external boundary and can also include the land up to the edge of the pavement. Here, although this tree is outside of the fence, it feels very much like it it still part of that property.

Ah, I understand, so no cute postcard for the friends :_(
Thanks for the help! I’ll keep that in mind for my future nominations :yellow_heart:

For future nominations. be aware of whether reviewers can confirm they exist. The lack of streetview is a problem for you.
