Tips on nomination being rejected

I am having problems submiting a park on my area.
Do you guys have any tips for me to improve it?
Or am I doing anything wrong?

I tried submitting the park itself and got rejected as “general green area”

Then tried the old security booth (it is old and not functional anymore, so it won’t be a problem with emergency service). Got denied as “general”

Then this one, that I was certain would be ok.
It is an old structure used as bird feeder to attract birds.
It got reject again, as “general” and “private property”, but it is not. It is just a small public park on a dead end street on a local area where we don’t have street view, but clearly visible from satelite on google maps.

It is a real park, on the first submission i even searched and posted on the appeal the number of the state decree by the government that created the park.

The story about birds is real. The park has a lot of native trees and birds, that is the reason the park was created by the government. The cabbin is used as a feeder, so locals can watch them.

Also, the park itself has a “wall of trees”, so if you look from the street, it looks just like a green area. The trees are native and protected, so they can’t remove them. You have to enter it from a small space between the trees.

Any tips for me?
I have already spent all my upgrades and appeals, so I just can’t do that anymore :frowning:

Thank you everyone

Prints of the nomination

The text is in portuguese, but the translation is:

Title: Bird’s hut

Description: Located inside the Local Reserve Park, it has feeders to attract birds

Supplemental info:
Cabin is located inside the reserve park. To confirm the location, you can view the trees and the wall that separates the park from the train line behind it on satellite maps. This appears in the photo I sent. It’s on a dead end street. It has a bird feeder that is replenished by residents and is frequented by residents for observation and socialization. Easy access, via paved street. The park is a protected natural reserve, has benches, a security guard, a drinking fountain and picnic areas.

A view from the street, so you can see the “wall of trees”

Update: print of google maps satelite view. You can see the trail tracks behind it

Some more pictures

Here is where yoy can see the space among the trees where you can enter the park.

An open view of the end of the street, with the old security booth that Inalso tried to nominate and got rejected.

Open view taken from the spot among the trees where we can “enter” the park. The trees on the right are thw ones from the “wall of trees”
On the left we have the wall from the old train tracks.

Welcome @LariMa1992

I promise there are many people here that can help with nominations. But this one looks really challenging. I’m not surprised by the results you are getting.

Thank you for including your full nominations and additional pictures! This really helps people focus on what is really happening.

As you mentioned having no Street View makes this harder.

From the pictures you took your self it does look like someone’s backyard - so single family private residential property (SFPRP)

The photo of the tree line does not show us any access.

Tags on Google maps can be fake unfortunately so you’ll need to do more with your pictures and possibly adding a link in the supporting area.

Thank you very much.
Yeah, I don’t blame the people marking as a private property. I just wish I could represent better this place on pictures. I hang out at least 3 times a week there with my friends to refill the bird feeders, so would be great to have it as a waystop.

Street view would help us a lot here :frowning:
That’s why i decided to ask for advice in here.

I updated the post again with new pics with the view on the entrance among the trees, a picture of the end of the street with the deactivated security booth and a picture of the view we have when we enter the park.

All of those pictures were already uploaded at least once on one of my submissions
I will try to go there this weekend and see if I can get better pictures and try again

It sounds like a lovely place. Best of luck with it!

The better photos + link tip solved for me. I took some new photos and was able to find a link of a local news website talking about the creation of the park and used it as another evidence for the evaluators. I just got my email saying it was approved.
Thank you very much.
