Los encargados de revisar propuestas rechazaron una de mis propuestas con el argumento de que era falsa, lo que pasó es que al momento de proponer en Google maps aún no se venía reflejado el dibujo propuesto, por lo que se asumió que me estaba inventando el lugar me gustaría ayuda para que niactic vea mi apelación y me de la oportunidad de volver a contribuir con mi comunidad y así mejorar nuestras experiencias

Did you click the link in the email to appeal the ban and give them evidence that this was not a fake?

Edit: Ok, yes, I see you’re saying your account is blocked in the title. If you still have your nomination email, please feel free to share screenshots of that, and we can take a look at the nomination.
I also have a feeling that what you nominatied may have been vandalism, not unique art, as defined in the Criteria Clarification Collection below:
Your topic title translates to Niantic blocked my Wayfarer account. Is that the case? Or is it what @DTrain2002 suspects and you simply have a rejected nomination?

Option 1: You’re account has been blocked. Think back, obviously errors can happen but I find it unlikely that you would get a ban for 1 nomination that doesn’t show evidence that it exists.
If this is the case, hopefully staff will see this and DM you the info.
Option 2: Bad translation and account not blocked, just nomination has been rejected. In situations where the waypoint is not shown on streetview etc the submitter needs to show what he can. Could the 2nd image had shown something in the background that could be seen in streetview?
Alternatively, appeal including including an image of the nomination using GPS Camera App.

It would still be helpful to know what what nominated that the OP is saying was rejected as being fake. It’s possible that they didn’t take a good supporting photo showing the POI with the surrounding area, just the surrounding area, for instance.
@Mrcharmander021 If your account has been banned, you should have received 3 different emails in regards to this, and if it is Wayfarer related for a nomination, one of the emails should note which nomination is at issue.
True, just think the priority should be to find out what has actually happened (Blocked / Rejected), we can then request what is needed.
