I’ve used Niantic Wayfarer for about a year now.
I was just wondering if there was a way I could access the “Cell” map that is used to determine Pokestops / Gyms locations?

There are detailed instructions to be found but key points:
1 Download ingress to create an account - you will be using the Ingress Intel information which is a global map with all Ingress portals accurately placed on it.
2 You then need the IITC overlay - this places the grid over the map.
Search for pogo wayfarer tools.
