It will be the location that is the result of the review.
However since your accounts are suspended and so you can’t play I’m unclear why there is a need to seek further information about that wayspot.
It’s very hard to work out what you are asking for assistance with. Is it the following?
You have had a wayspot approved, but you don’t know where the location of the approved wayspot is, as you expect that it has been moved during review.

This is incorrect. The policy around suspensions clearly says that Niantic can jump to the final step for a single instance of abuse if they deem it appropriate to do so.
