I have had several of my submissions getting automatically denied by the AI Bot, and one was voted denied but the votings were incorrect (it said it was something that it wasn’t). But there were no appeal options on any of them. What gives?

You can have a maximum of 2 appeals available at a time. Once you use one, it replenishes after 20 days. So it sounds like you have used to appeals within the last three weeks.

Two appeals total. You can only appeal a rejection once with an appeal.
Ugh that’s really annoying. I know this vote was not correct on this one because I physically work in the building. The voting said it was for an education location for underage (not true, it’s an office building) and the other said the picture didn’t match the location because they used google maps to look outside, but it’s inside the public building so it won’t show on google maps. So I have to just take the L with this, or can I just resubmit it then?
I’d recommend resubmitting. Inside spaces can be a bit tricky to verify. I’m not sure what to say about the school rejection without seeing your nomination.
That said, I recommend using the Nomination Support thread and sharing one or both of these there before you resubmit (or appeal). We have some really knowledgeable folks that can give you advice on how you might be able to improve your nomination.

I’m moving this to Wayfarer Basics because it’s a common question people ask and I’d like to have a place to point them for a standard answer.
I was browsing this category and realized this needs to be updated to the 15 day refresh:
The “Appeal” button will appear on a rejected submission that you haven’t already appealed when you have one available.
If the appeal is rejected and you still believe it is a valid nomination, you can make a new submission for it. Often the appeal statement will even suggest this. I recommend asking for advice in Nomination Support before resubmitting.
There is no pathway to appealing an appeal decision, but Niantic has said that they want to know when they get it wrong. If the appeal rejection reasons do not make sense and are clearly wrong, you should ask about that as well. Here is the AMA post I am referencing:
