Al inicio pensaba que mis propuestas no tenía meritos para ser consideradas aceptadas, pero en esta ocasion me parece hasta absurdo que no me acepten esta, debido a que es la enntrada a un parque

The title translates to English as “Las Jarillas Sports Complex Entrance”, so it does seem eligible.
Can you provide the submission coordinates - these are found in the submission receipt email below the pictures and will look something like 1.41342, -20.21321
The location isn’t quite right as it should be closer to 24.284701, -103.388315, not 4.284389, -103.388139, but that shouldn’t be a problem because both locations are in the same cell and i wouldn’t affect it becoming a pokestop.
It is showing on streetview and it isn’t a duplicate. An entrance on the far side is a wayspot, but this venue is large enough and this entrance is definitely distinct enough to be its own wayspot.
I really can’t think of why this wasn’t accepted as I would happily accept it in review. I would either resubmit (with a new photo, even if it is very similar, as the automated system may automatically reject if you use the same photo when it rejected the first time) or appeal.
If you don’t have any appeals, there are two, each of which refreshes after 15 days, so you just need to be patient.
Gracias, esperare para hacer una apelacion, solo comentare lo que me haz dicho que la ubicacion esta un poco desfasada, y que si es necesarioo corregirla se haga automaticamente! creo que en una semana tendre una apelacion!
