Have you tried logging out of Wayfarer and back in? Usually this makes some reasons appear on the rejection.

I see that it was voted low in all categories by different reviewers. This is why our system couldn’t specify one rejection reason.

I didn’t think of this, but someone pointed out there is a “no consensus” rejection reason, like here:

Rejected - no reason given

Sometimes my nominations get rejected and that’s okay. Sometimes I appeal, sometimes I make changes and resubmit, sometimes I just let them go. But what am I supposed to do with a rejection that gives no reason, or even hint of a reason? I can imagine a couple of legitimate rejection causes, but can I get, like, ONE of them as feedback? This is on a baseball diamond in a public park. [image]

Why wouldn’t the system trigger this in this case? Just trying to understand.

Any action Will do for those reviewers blasting Reject everything? Ban Forever?

This particular nomination is not a strong one and would be rejected by most reviewers. It is just a directional marker pointing out where other things area (which might be eligible in themselves). These /can/ be eligible but have to have something more to them than being just a direction sign.

Attacking reviewers who rejected this submission is not appropriate.

A belated welcome to the forum.

I hope you have found some of the interaction here helpful in developing an understanding of what has happened in your case.

As others have said from the limited information here it looks like a direction sign which is not eligible. The range of voting decisions probably reflects that reviewers were unsure how best to reject it and send a message to you as to why.

It does not mean that fellow wayfinders reviewing did anything wrong.

You can if you wish appeal the rejection, that is up to you. The advice here is that it is at best weak, so if you appeal you will need to focus your efforts on providing evidence as to how it meets one of the core criteria and why it should be accepted.

I understand your frustation, but by the look of it, it felt like just a directional sign and does not fit one of main three criteria.

Can you provide full nomination from description to supporting text to see what can be improved or, if the submission is eligible.

In these situations could it not display something along the lines of “Reviewers rejected for several different reasons”?
