No stop for a s17 cell contains four vaild wayspot

Following recent removals and location updates, the cell is now “dead” and NO wayspot from that cell is in Pokemon GO. According to the rules, one of them should be a pokestop instead.

Action request: please trigger a sync of that cell so that one pokestop can be rightfully restored in the game.
