So ik you guys have to follow rules and criterias for the nominations and you totally and absolutely have to right to reject anything. But I request you, iif you can help let this pass.

Under Review is when staff review the nomination. ML will pull nominations from time to time for staff to review. It’s not unusual, and can happen from time to time. There’s nothing left to do but wait and see how staff decides on this.

I got that after I appealed it, I didn’t got that automatically. Also by staff, you mean the ambassadors only right?
And my post here just meant that i request them to try to accept it. Yes rules should be follow and they have every right to decline it. Ii have no problem in that, it was just a request.
Ambos are not staff; they are volunteers that help out on the forums and other social media. Staff is hired workers for Wayfarer that review appeals, abuse reports, etc. It’s good for them to review nominations from time to time, as it’s a form of quality control.
I wouldn’t ask staff to approve anything, as they need to decide based off of the same criteria that us users are to use. There’s still no guarantee it will be approved.

This is the normal status for an appeal.
When you make an appeal initially it shows as
Appeal pending
This acknowledges that the appeal has been logged.
The next status you can see is
Under review (lightship)
This seems to indicate that has moved out of the acknowledged queue into a specific queue of work for staff to read and decide on the appeal.
The next stage will either be a green appeal accepted
Or
A red appeal not accepted.
Now it is under review it should not take too long.

Right, it didnt take much long to get rejected 
There will be a “Niantic Note” on a rejected appeal. What did it say? Anything you could use to improve in a new nomination?
Oh yes, thank for telling that. I just checked and found this out.
They said this “we could not verify the existence of this object at the specified location.”
And this too “Location does not match the map.”
Well, how can I prove that it exists? They can’t check the street view well because it is inside a tower.
And why would I lie, I am trying to get it nominated from many days.
Sometimes it helps to take a geotagged photo and use that as the supporting photo for POIs that are inside. Many of us use the GPS camera app that is free, and puts the lat/long coordinates on the photo.
Remember, the supporting photo should show the POI and the surrounding area, not just the surrounding area. If you are just showing the surrounding area, this isn’t helpful in trying to locate the POI where one says it’s at, especially ones that are not on Street View.
Understood, I can even record a video but sadly these isn’t an option like that
If you want to record a video, you can do that, post it onto a sharing service online like streamable, and include the link in your appeal. Maybe you can video the area outside the building which could be matched to streetview/satellite and then capture the entrance way and then leading up to this nomination?
You could also do this in a series of pictures where you get closer to the nomination each time
Isn’t it a window next to the mural? Maybe you can make a supporting photo which caches something recognizable from outside
That doesn’t look like a mural but a poster (see the top left corner) which has started to come off. This may not be eligible afterall.
