Hey everyone, I was hoping I could get some tips or tricks or if this is completely ineligible pls let me know as well! I have tried to nominate this poi a few times now with different text and picture. But before I even get to voting I already get auto rejected. I tried really hard and even make pictures with marbles in there to show how it works. I live kind of rural and there really isn’t much else around here so I am trying my best to get some stops nominated that seem eligible to me. This is my latest try. I put the text through google translate here since the original submission is in dutch.

It’s probably ineligible because it appears to be in the middle of a road, so doesn’t meet the requirement of having safe pedestrian access.

It is actually on a pedestrian sidewalk but it is also on a crossing so maybe that is also the problem. Would a different picture of the surroundings maybe fix this?
If it’s in a pedestrian crossing, that’s still in the road. Accessible to pedestrians, but not safe due to cars.
Okay I see tank you. In a different part of the neighbourhood there is another marble jar that is not in the middle of the road. I can try to see if that one will get approved. Do you see any other reason why it could get rejected or just for the safety reason?
A picture from an angle works better than one from above. In your first picture, it looks like a mound; in the second one, it is obviously a well.

I do not, though in my country I’ve never seen an object like this and it might be difficult to argue that it is permanent and recreational.
But the safety issue jumped out at me. The same object in a pedestrian only area is much better than this example.
They want objects to be physically approachable, and if it was to become a gym someone might want to be there for several minutes. A pedestrian road crossing is not safe for that.

I think in a safe location then it is worth submitting. I suspect the issue will be it auto rejects again. But you can at that stage appeal.
Unfortunately in this part of Europe due to previous malicious use of mosaic tiles, objects as part of the pavement are often not successful.
If you can find any link to an official website confirming its installation it would help.

I think the AI reject is likely to be because there is too much pavement.
A closer (macro) shot and/or more cropping and more marbles may get past the AI and into human voting.. not sure how it would fare in those circumstances though.
I would think it still gets rejected, even by human voters, due to the unsafe location. It’s clearly in a place meant (also) for cars.
