Please, community, help me with these nominations. Our university has many eligible places and monuments, yet there are no PokéStops. I recently reached level 37 just to add PokéStops here, and I have successfully added some. However, some of my nominations are stuck ‘In Voting’ with no progress. Please help me select and refine the nominations to get more approved.
Are you asking which nominations to boost in order to get them judged faster? Or are you wondering why it’s taking so long for nominations to be processed?
If you want help picking nominations to boost, then you should post the full submission for us to evaluate.
If you’re wondering why it’s taking so long, that’s because there are probably thousands of waypoints submitted every day. There is a sizeable backlog, and it will take time for non-boosted nominations to be processed. If you want them processed faster, review other people’s submissions, and you’ll get boosts. I recommend unchecking “automatically apply boost” and manually picking which ones you want.
When making review, be sure to check the guideline. if your review rating drop it wont count towards wayfarer medal. I am guessing to wont count toward upgrade too. So people wont blindly approve/reject nomination just for upgrade. Anyway its normal for nomination to take up to 3-4months. So if u want faster approval, be sure to get that upgrade.

Aside whats been shared, some of your titles like “Gazebo” and “Outdoor Gym” are too generic, titles are to be unique.

Anyway if you got rejected by “our team” instead of " our community", it might be niantic AI at work. The AI is not perfect and might reject some good submission. You can ask advice here if that happen

Like what you did with the volleyball court, adding the place where the object is on can help the title be more distinct. IMO “LHOR Volleyball Court” or “Volleyball Court at LHOR” may be better than the current one too.
