sorry i did not scroll back after replying to a tag. what do you mean by this? the categories you select in the nomination process do not reflect a list of eligible things. in fact, you can find elementary school and fire station on that list. it is just data.
If you want to show us screenshots of these statue nominations from your contributions page, we might be able to figure out what happened with these. (I don’t believe that Aaron addressed anything about statues.) There have been cases where we believe the ML model may have thought it was an actual human being. Those cases can be appealed. You get 2 appeals, each on a 15 day timer before you can use it again, so best to ask for advice before using an appeal.
I also submitted one for a free library, but we added some plants and the little free library recently in front of our house and I heard that is normally accepted and It still got denied? The GPS photo is not up to date and that could be what decided it, but I’m not sure. Help?

While Little Free Libraries can be great places to explore, they cannot be at a Single Family Private Residential Property (SFPRP). So if it is set up in front of your house it isn’t eligible. They also aren’t eligible in front of a school.
But they can be great wayspots at a park or in front of a store.
Submitting Wayspot nominations away from their correct locations is considered abuse and may lead to sanctions on your accounts. Please do not do that ever.
The LFL is visible in the available street view at its correct location.
To clarify on the sanctions that @NianticAaron mentions @TravisBoi1222

I thought that Little Free Libraries would be okay so I installed one last week but I’ll take it down now that it can’t get accepted. I’m so sorry and I didn’t know it was abuse. I should’ve read the terms, thank you for your time.
That’s not correct. The LFL has existed at the same location shown in the image for a long time.

Surely you would installed a LFL for the benefit of your community and not for a home pokestop…… right?
I did do it for my community but no one is using it.
