There is no Streetview along this road as it’s on a Private Residential Road with limited Public Access. The Postbox has a safe spot to stand in order to post. I know the argument about whether it would be safe to stand in the event of a Pokemon Go Raid, and under normal circumstances I would say no… but am unsure in this case.
Opinions welcomed.
Usually private roads have heavy speed restrictions and only permit residents and visitors to use the road, so they are very safe to walk in. So I would have no issue with this.
My argument is if the Royal Mail are ok putting a Post Box at this location, it would be reasonably safe. But I’m not sure if it falls into the Wayfarer guidelines based on what I understand.
Yeah absolutely, I do tend to go with Royal Mail’s interpretation because that is common sense
Critieria is safe pedestrian access and the thing is designed to be accessed by pedestrians to post stuff into it, and by the postman to empty it too.
