Wayfarer criteria. No specific reason why it is rejected
We can help more if you share the screenshots of both your photos, your text, and the location. “Wayfarer criteria” usually indicates that the ML (machine learning ai) model could not detect anything eligible in the photo. Those emails will say the decision was from “our team” instead of the community.
ML is easily confused by surrounding images, so if you resubmit, I would recommend taking the clearest photo you can for the main photo and crop it to square before you submit, then choose to use an existing photo when you do.

I am not clear exactly what this is, so I would need more information before helping further. But my guess is that this is the biggest issue.
There is already an existing wayspot for the port, likely blocked by “Paulina Puache Baywalk” from showing in PoGO. You can view it when onsite from the submission map as an orange pin.
