I use Apple ID to sign in and have received emails before but they suddenly stopped. I have checked all of my folders and can’t find anything. This is very annoying since challenge rewards have just been released and I can’t figure out a way to claim them.

Just an FYI, not everyone has received their challenge rewards yet. They send them out in batches.
I am an Android user, so I don’t know much about Apple ID and how it works. Hopefully another iOS and Apple ID user can help.
Thanks for replying. I know the challenge emails might take a while but I haven’t gotten any at all and I have submitted multiple nominations and edits. I’m just worried I won’t get the challenge rewards
The only thing I can think of is making sure that the email connected to your Apple ID is the one connected to your Wayfarer account. Being Apple ID was added earlier this year to Wayfarer login (Facebook and Google used to be the only options), I’m just wondering if you could be using a different email address than what you may have used in the past.
Is your Apple ID the only login method you have connected to your account? I’ve seen more than one person completely forget they attached a Gmail account as well.
Yes, even as an Android user, I have both my Facebook and Google accounts connected to Wayfarer, both under the same email address. It’s why I mentioned the other login methods, just in case one of those were used in the past.
I’ve never changed my email so they should be the same
It is. I use my email for another Pokémon account and I don’t use Facebook

Thank you for the challenge reward codes. However I still haven’t gotten the challenge email or any other emails since around 40 days ago
I added my email as a secondary email for wayfarer but so far I haven’t gotten anything. Would setting it to my primary email work? And would that mess up my other account that uses that email?
The emails are sent to your primary email address for your Niantic ID account, so if your Apple ID uses a different email address, you need to either update your Niantic ID account or your Apple ID account with the correct email address.

I set my email to be my primary email so I’ll see if that works. (My previous primary email was autogenerated by Apple because of the Hide my Email setting and I don’t really know anything about Hide my Email so that could be the problem)
