Not receiving emails - Apple ID

Good evening all!

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, ultimately I signed up for all Niantic products with Apple ID, however the email address associated with my Apple ID hadn’t been used in 12 years. Never been an issue, however I’ve come to realise Wayfarer sends emails; emails I have never received.

This made me realise I could have been missing a lot of emails, so I have now fixed this email issue, however I never received any codes for the OPR Live event, and I do not receive emails still when I make submissions. I tried submitting tickets (with my correct email) to get my codes re-sent, but I have not received any emails or replies… I wonder if there is somewhere I need to manually designate what my email is within my profile or something? Anyone else ran into this issue or know the solution?

So, Wayfarer used to not have Apple ID as a login option; it was only recently that Apple ID was added. Previously, the only Wayfarer login options were Facebook or Google. When Wayfarer switched over to using Niantic ID for logging in, Apple ID became an option.

As I’m an Android user, I don’t use Apple ID. There was another user having issues with Apple ID and receiving emails, and I know staff did DM them with some additional info:
