Yeah I’ve had that toggled already
So, there are 2 notification settings for the game. One is the email setting in Account>Other, but the 2nd is under Notifications, and these are the push notifications. If you do not have push notifications turned off, you can’t toggle on/off the events/offers here, which might also need to be toggled on here, but not for sure.
It doesn’t say if the push notification setting has to be on, but I do wonder if it does. Here’s what that screen looks like for the push notifications, and here’s the toggle in question.
Yeah I mean I have everything on. It never resolves the situation to get the emails though
Staff just confirmed that the email address they will be sending the stats email from should be niantic@email.nianticlabs.com. Would be a good idea to add that to your address book/safe senders list before the stats email gets sent out.

Actually this is going to be a big issue for me. I never receive emails anymore from that domain. That is the underlying issue. I have already added this to my contacts and safe senders list. Can someone officially from Niantic/Scopely, take a look at this, and add me back to the email list. Please dm me for further information like if you require my email. I use all forms to login like Apple, Facebook, ptc, Apple ID but in my pogo app I’m always logged in through Facebook.
This should be enough for you to receive the email. Let us know if you do not receive the email and we will look further.

Also I don’t know if I may have accidentally clicked on unsubscribe previously before. Not sure if there is a way to opt in again without that toggle

Hi there so unfortunately I never received the email the monthly one. So it’s not working for me. Can you please take a look into this. I just want it to work. I have everything configured properly.
I’ve done everything as well. But I didn’t receive the stats email. Please I’ll do anything to get it to work.
