Not receiving Wayfarer statistics email

Yes I have that setting on in Pokemon Go and in Pikmin Bloom.

Both I had on for a very long time prior to the distribution of this email.

Same issue here, no email despite having the setting turned on in Pokemon Go (I turned it on on the 29th of September, so the change should’ve been logged). I’m getting the same answer from Help chat asking me to check my inbox (which I have naturally done if I am even reporting this issue) and to let them know if I have ever unsubscribed from Niantic emails - which I let them know I have not done, yet it’s as if they didn’t even read my message. So hoping to get more help through the forums with this issue.

I have also not received a stats email. I do receive all the other Wayfarer and Pogo emails. Am I too late to be logged as missing?

I’ve had emails turned on since the beginning of time. :stopwatch:

Please add me to the club. I have toggled on that option but never receive the monthly statistics from the game and now nothing from wayfarer.

  1. Was the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting toggled on in the Account Settings of your Pokémon GO app?

  2. Have you ever unsubscribed from Niantic emails using the “Unsubscribe” link found within a past email?

  3. Have you tried unsubscribing from emails using your native email server settings?
