I am not receiving the email.
If you’re not receiving the email, please make sure your in-game email settings are toggled on. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to us on the forum or submit a support ticket.
If you have this email setting from the Account turned on before the start of the month but haven’t yet received any email by the first week of the month, consider replying to the Bug Reports & Technical Support thread for this topic:

Was the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting toggled on in the Account Settings of your Pokémon GO app?
Have you ever unsubscribed from Niantic emails using the “Unsubscribe” link found within a past email?
Have you tried unsubscribing from emails using your native email server settings?
