Not receiving Wayfarer statistics email

I do have the “Events, Offers and Updates” turned off in “Notifications”.

I did toggle on both options and did (as far as I know) not unsubscribe from both. Thanks again!

I also haven’t received my email, but I’ve received contribution emails as normal (ie confirming that I’ve submitted a photo for a stop).
Granted, I turned on the email setting on Friday (Oct 3rd) at about 10 PM. I’m thinking I might be too late turning it on to get the email for this month.

I enabled the email setting at around this time on the day the emails started going out, so it may have been “too late”. Is there anything that can be done, or do I have to wait until next month? :frowning:

I’ve moved your comment to the thread where users are reporting to havn’t received the statistics email. The team can look at it and tell you if you’ve been to late.
Please respond to the three question Atlas asked above (marked in yellow).

Hello. For those of us who toggled on the emails thing on the app after the email was sent, will we ever get one in the future?

I was expecting that email, but didn’t realized I had to toggle on that feature :frowning:

I receive the emails that started a month or so ago that highlight the popular forum posts here. I rather enjoy, seeing what is happening on here. Not sure if this is worth noting.

This is not an indication that you get the events, offers and updates email. I had everything turned off in Pogo but was still getting submission receipt and resolution emails

Jumping on this thread to say that I have not received the statistic email.

I am logged into the game via Google, I have emails enabled, and I received confirmation emails regarding Wayfarer submissions. I have not tried unsubscribing from emails.
