Won’t let me nominate Pokestops until I complete the tutorial, which I thought I’ve done? Thanks!

Typically when this happens, all you need to do is close and reload Pokémon Go for it to update and give you access to the submission features. If it still won’t let you after trying this, do report back and we can see if another fix can be found for the issue.

I see that your onboarding is complete. Please relaunch the app as suggested by @hankwolfman and you should be able to nominate.
